A new project from the EGE YAPI company projects network with a government guarantee from the government construction giants EMLAK KONUT and TOKİ on the coast of the Marmara Sea within the wall of the famous and ancient Istanbul Citadel, within the old municipality of Fatih.
Imagine yourself living in a historic house in the old Ottoman style inside the famous Istanbul Citadel wall in an archaeological area that has always been a source of inspiration for many lovers of the charming city on the Sea of Marmara, the project area on which construction is being built has an area of 41,000 square meters, in the past it was an Ottoman industrial workshop. During the last period, this area was considered a historical archaeological area dating back to the Ottoman era.
The project consists of 125 apartments in addition to the presence of 23 shops within this project. Apartment options are as follows (1 + 1/2 + 1/3 + 1/4 + 1/5 + 1/6 + 1). These apartments are divided into residential buildings. The height of the floors in it is 4 floors. The areas of the apartments start from 63 square meters, the net area of the apartments is of the 1 + 1 room and lounge style, and it reaches 348 square meters, the net area of the 6 + 1 apartments.
A building has been completely allocated within the project so that it will be a service building for the residents of the project and for guests coming or wishing to temporarily reside within such an archaeological place.
Also within the project there are a number of shops that have been designated to be restaurants and cafes with international and local brands. The project also has a large number of recreational and social services, such as closed swimming pools and a gym, in addition to the presence of green spaces that contain aesthetic water bodies.
The project overlooks the coastal highway that connects the Asian and European parts of Istanbul through the Eurasia tunnel, which passes from the bottom of the Bosphorus, as well as behind the project, the Marmaray line also passes, which connects between Asian and European Istanbul.
